Do you accept returns?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the cost of shipping is not eligible for refunds.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cokerhampton.com. Once we have approved your return, you can send your item to us via USPS or UPS to the address below. 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • When sending your item back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders and monogrammed or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, customized or monogrammed items, and gift cards. These items are final sale.

What if my order is defective, damaged, or wrong when I receive it in the mail?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email at info@cokerhampton.com with a brief description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item or with any questions about potentially defective, damaged, or wrong products.


Do you process exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges for online orders. If you want to return your item, we can issue a full refund. Please see the guidelines above for all information on returns & refunds.


Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available for use in store only or online only. Online gift cards cannot be redeemed in store or vice versa. All gift card purchases are final sale.
